Information we collect
The form collects contact name, email, company, phone, product or application of interest, estimated quantity and project requirements. Name, email, product or application, requirements and contact consent are required; other fields are optional.
How information supports business communication
This information is used to understand requirements, select products, quote and respond to your inquiry. Submit only necessary business information, excluding identity numbers, passwords, patient data or other sensitive information unrelated to selection.
Form transmission and email processing
When online inquiries are enabled, the server passes information to Resend for delivery to Idenvero’s business inbox. Acceptance by the email service does not guarantee inbox delivery. The page clearly indicates when online service is disabled or sending fails.
Using “Send requirements with an email client” opens a draft in your email application. You confirm sending, and your email service processes the message.
Technical and access data
The inquiry endpoint uses origin checks, an anti-bot field and rate limiting. During operation, the server may use request IPs for limiting and does not deliberately log inquiry content. Hosting may retain access or security logs according to its actual configuration.
This version has no third-party analytics or advertising tracking scripts and does not send form content through such services. If new data processing services are introduced, update this notice and applicable authorization mechanisms.
Retention and information requests
Idenvero’s sales team manages inquiries in the business inbox. To correct or delete submitted information or ask about retention, contact that inbox with your email and approximate submission time to locate the inquiry. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
